I'm starting off with this very pretty red, white and blue mini dress that is a halter style top to it.
This amazing dress being a halter neck leaving my shoulders bare and the dress strings cross over on my back in the form of a star. I love how this skirt is a mini ruffle skirt made up of four layers in red white and blue stripes and stars. This dress also has Glitter all over it.
