I purchased this red n black purse and cus the purse is under furniture it took my credits. It needs to b fixed n I will no longer purchase from this maker. I tried contacting n cus the profile is under private I can’t get through to let them know. It’s a beautiful purse but need to b switched over under accessory. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else
