ok i loved this product at first i have had it for a long time but now i have a glitch w it.. maybe u can help i have it in a room locked in place and i can sit in it for 3 seconds b4 it boots me out when i try to unlock it to delete it and put a new one in i cant it locks right back up... what do i do????
