This product really helped me pull together an outfit I was working on. I was worried that even granting the pictures, that it might not show against something pitch black like itself, But the contours of it around the neck, the shreds that jut off just the perfect amount in hang, and the fact that it has just the smallest of a charcoal sheen here and there make it distinguishable. Don't worry about the grey sheen highlights if you are looking for something pitch, you really won't notice them unless you are trying to. They are just subtle enough to give it dimension. I do feel it is a little high in price. However, for my specific outfit it was worth it.
