The outfit is well made and the textures nicely done. My only greivance is the weird looking hat and the fact that the outfit is an all-in-one. I'd have been perfectly happy with just the coat/shirt combo and be able to use my own hat, which I've grown rather fond of. Making the item a complete all-in-one seriously limits the variety of possible outfits that avatars can wear, which is a great shame. Part of the fun of dress-up is making an outfit your own. If you did a similar item which just included the shirt and coat, I'd be more than happy to buy it again, and if it was derivable then it would open up many other options for other developers. I'm still giving you 5/5 because for originality, mesh and texture quality, it definitely deserves it.
