If you are looking for a small luxurious apartment to furnish, then you have found a GREAT one in this design. This apartment contains four rooms and also a patio that is filled with flowing, running lavender plants. However, this apartment does not come with a bathroom. It does have space for a kitchen, of which has a vinyl floor and a window. The only problem is that when you place your kitchen-counter/cabinets/applicances set in the kitchen, you may encounter a problem such as the window may be in the way. Nonetheless, the kitchen has French doors. So you definitely do not want your kitchen-counter/cabinets/applicances set to be placed along there, but you have the option of using an "L" shaped wall either on the right or on the left and it really depends on how you place your kitchen-counter/cabinets/appliances set. But if you purchase separate pieces for you kitchen, it would work out better in the long run, such as what you see in the example model (and please notice the window placement).
The dining room and the two remaining rooms all contain wood floors. A French door is also available and leads into the dining room and there is also an available window. The dining room French doors also serves as a wall that separate the dining room from the living room. While sitting in the living room, you can look straight through the French doors of the dining room and the French doors leading out to the patio. The living room has one wall that you can place your sofa and decorations but rember that a room contains four walls and two of these walls in the living room are French doors, and one is a solid wall , and as I mentioned -- you can place your sofa on the solid wall or decorate the wall, but the forth wall is open and looks as if this should be the dining room area that leads off from the living room.
Anyhow, I used the open room as a bedroom, and I used a screen to create a wall here which separates it from the living room. I also added a window as well, but while in the bedroom, you can look through the French doors and see straight into the kitchen. So, if you need lots of walls to decorate, the French doors will prohibit you from doing so. The good thing is that if you are in need of a nice luxurious place to hang-out with friends, then this place is the place.
Finally, I must mention that the patio is very lovely. I added a small animated dinner-for-two seating arrangement. I can almost smell the lush lavender that are beautifully hung over the outside area of the French doors in the patio area. In spite of all that I have mentioned about this beautiful apartment, it is well crafted. I would just like to see more solid walls and a bathroom area and perhaps an outdoor pool beside the pation. Perhaps we can look forward to seeing add-ons from the creator, for this apartment can be built upon to add more wonderful amenities.
