I bought this product to use as a public room. Its a fantastic size and has a lot of detail. However, i found that the right wall as you enter the main room, is the only one which has furniture points, leaving the other three un-furnishable. I would also have loved it if the fountain had running water also and that it would have allowed an avatar onto the grass areas (Also making it editable). Now, dont get me wrong, this is an amazing room and I cannot even comprehend how much time and effort went into it. I'm sure if you buy it, you wont be disappointed, because the points above, are just minor things that can be lived without.
