This is found under the Inventory tab in the Friends window, NOT in the main window under the Scenes tab. Go to your "Friends" window, click the Inventory tab, then Rooms & Furniture, then Furnished Rooms. It is a great house with wonderful poses. A friend just gave it to me and I love it!
