I just bought the pink one for myself and gave the blue one to my female friend as a gift. But she cannot wear the blue one on a female avatar.
The product NAME, IMAGE and DESCRIPTION all say "F/M". Correct me if I'm wrong, but this means that an item CAN be worn by BOTH female and male avatars.
I'm not happy that I had to spend another 500 credits so I could give my friend a gift that she can actually use.
