This product DOESN'T WORK. I've had this for months, and every so often the trigger words change to something else that still dont animate the product. I usually don't give negative ratings or feedback, but I decided to try the product again, many weeks later, and still nothing. I check the product information to see what the latest trigger words has been changed to and then decide to apply it while logged into the 3d chat. Guess what? It still doesn't work.
So even though this laptop doesn't cost as much as some of the others in the catalog, I just want future buyers to be aware that you may be buying a product that only LOOKS good but doesn't WORK.
Now if someone has figured out a way to get the animations to work, by all means, please let me know. From reading other the other reviews, I take it that I'm not the only person who is having problems with this product.
I would suggest that the developer of this product change its description. You are leading people to believe that they would be spending their products on a ANIMATED LAPTOP.
So either fix this product or revise the product's description.
