I love this fireplace - it certainly fits very well in the fireplace of my tavern when scaled up and gives a wonderful warmth to the room. In regards to rooms crashing that is a fault currently in IMVU and not to do with the fireplace. Try switching rooms via a scene and the problem tends to go away.
