I find it looks HORRIBLE with some skins, dominicsava skins, for example, look terrible. but overall it's a good head, just make sure that the skin you use uses shaded natural-looking eyemakeup. Also I don't understand why people don't like it when it smiles, it looks good... anyway, I thought I'd compare to skins (with the avatar smiling) incase anyone is skeptica, because the skins shown up there dont support what Im saying. Here's a comparison of two skins, one looks horrible, the other looks great!
