I don't want to sound like a broken record as I've reviewed 2 other kimonos from Heather. However, if u haven't seen or read those reviews, some things deserve repeating. The first is that the quality of this kimono is amazing like the others recently designed by Heather.
The textures are amazing and the flower print matches the fabric perfectly and really does look like it's embroidered onto it. The kimono itself trails slightly at the back and the fabric really does seem to move with u as your avatar shifts position or walks. I esp like the sleeves and the way they drape slightly over your hands. They don't cover them completely so your rings and nails will still be on display. It will hide bracelets and such however so keep that in mind.
I am a big fan of traditional Asian-style clothing. So needless to say I have a BIG collection I've amassed over the years on IMVU of kimonos, kanzashi's, nezashi's, hair sticks, etc etc. I thought I had pretty much seen them all and wasn't too impressed with the latest offerings of kimonos.
But this one and the other 2 I bought have completely made my eyes pop out .
But in any case, if you are looking for a new kimono but are bored with the other creators' work u've seen, try this one on. The quality is amazing. It drapes well, doesn't make u're breasts look huge (a complaint I have with some kimono designers) and allows your subtle curves to show through, esp when walking.
