I was attracted by the name. I grew up with Bonanza and loved the idea of having my own Ponderosa. It is not a perfect replica, but I love it. It's spacous and I love all the windows. I tried to keep it a 1800's ranch house by using a lot of cabin/rustic furniture, but it can adapt well to modern as well. I love the textures of the walls, floor and ceiling. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub in back and great patios. I did a lot of landscaping and eventually plan on adding a corral and horses. This is excellent !!!!
