Perhaps you'd have more success if you spent less time writing and more time reading. The instructions have been posted on the rug page concerning how to place it in the cabin. Instead of reading and actually following those instructions, you come here and leave a bad review. I left you a note (AND A GIFT!) on your hp explaining how to navigate inside the cabin. That's not "having a go" -- that's being RESPONSIVE TO A COMPLAINT. I'm sorry you're having problems with my products, but the problems aren't with the products.
