Japanese Style Mansion 1,421 credits

This is typical. A room is shown with furniture because "that is more interesting to look at". But no way is a person going to give a room WITH furniture for 999 credits.
Some text SHOULD be added above the section with furniture shown to inform this was the furniture in scene and NOT what comes with the room when purchased.

Of course, I find IMVU accountable because they SHOULD have a "furnished rooms" section and a "unfurnished rooms" section, and THEY should make it that the designer has to choose which one, instead of just leaving all options of allocating which categories something belongs in.
Instead, IMVU is the LAZY FAT CATS that sits back and lets the designer take all the blame of "misleading" because the designer wasn't analytical enough to automatically know something that they might not be creatively aware of knowing. Template categories with sub-tier and sub-sub-tier categories should already be pre-existing.
For reference, anybody who has submitted pictures at deviantart.com would understand how something SHOULD be orderly filed and what IMVU SHOULD have done! (/rant)

I like the room and what can be done with it, and at least the designer thought well enough to show what they used in the layout shown. Some designer's don't do this. The room is nicely workable.
There's a nice amount of location points. I would quibble that the designer shouldn't have indicated a balcony if they couldn't design one in the floor plan. That's just makes the scene look a little silly. +5 points for good intentions, -5 points for feel of the room.
